Website purpose

This website provides general information about Scribe2Stage LLC, its services, artist projects, catalog activities, and submission process. Website content is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

No obligation or relationship

Submitting an inquiry or song does not create a confidential, fiduciary, agency, partnership, publishing, production, representation, licensing, or other business relationship. No obligation exists unless Scribe2Stage and the applicable parties sign a definitive written agreement.

Your submission

You represent that you own or are authorized to submit the material and that your disclosure of collaborators, AI use, samples, beats, voice technology, and third-party content is accurate. Do not submit material subject to obligations that prohibit review by Scribe2Stage.

Similar material

Scribe2Stage develops and reviews many songs, ideas, themes, titles, structures, and genres. Materials may be similar to projects independently created, previously received, or already under development. Submission alone does not restrict Scribe2Stage from working on similar or overlapping concepts.

Intellectual property

You retain rights you already own. No transfer, license, ownership interest, publishing right, master right, or administration authority is created by website submission alone. Any such rights must be defined in a separate signed agreement.

Proprietary human-first lyric-development process

References to Scribe2Stage’s proprietary human-first lyric-development process describe a structured creative-development methodology designed to establish and preserve meaningful human-origin ideas, language, imagery, structure, emotional direction, and creative decisions before AI-assisted lyric drafting begins. Use of the process does not mean AI will never be used later, that every final word must originate in the pre-generation record, that a particular Human Authorship Rating will result, or that any work is guaranteed to be copyrightable.

Human Authorship Rating and authorship analysis

The Scribe2Stage Human Authorship Rating (HAR) is a proprietary 100-point assessment of documented human lyric authorship and final creative control. HAR is not a percentage of words written by a human, a government standard, a legal opinion, a court ruling, a Copyright Office determination, or a copyright threshold.

When Scribe2Stage describes a lyric as having “100% human-determined final lyric expression,” it means Scribe2Stage’s phrase-level analysis identifies no appreciable AI-origin authorship-bearing lyric expression remaining in the finished lyric. It does not mean AI was never used, every final phrase was first typed by the human writer, or the melody, arrangement, demo, master, or full song is 100% human-authored.

Copyright-registration support

Copyright-registration support is administrative and fact-based assistance informed by the project’s authorship record and applicable guidance. It is not legal representation and does not guarantee that registration will issue or that any particular element is copyrightable.

AI platforms and commercial-use rights

When client-owned material is submitted to an AI platform as part of an authorized project workflow, that use is subject to the platform’s then-current terms. Commercial-use authorization for qualifying output is not the same as a guarantee that every element is copyrightable, exclusive, or free from third-party claims.

Production confidentiality

Scribe2Stage may use a confidential vocal guide and role-appropriate agreements to reduce disclosure of final lyrics to outside human collaborators during intermediate production stages. This is not a promise of absolute secrecy and does not mean authorized AI platforms have never received client-approved material under their applicable terms.

No guarantee

Scribe2Stage does not guarantee acceptance, production, funding, release, distributor acceptance, placement, licensing, playlisting, streams, sales, revenue, copyright registration, copyrightability, commercial success, or return on investment.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or malicious content, infringe third-party rights, or interfere with website operation.
