Selective investment

Some songs deserve a partner—not just a service provider.

Catalog Partnership is reserved for exceptional lyric-first songs Scribe2Stage is willing to back with approved resources, production capability, release effort, and long-term catalog attention.

A different path

We should want the song even if nobody hired us.

Catalog Partnership is not a discounted substitute for creator-funded services. Scribe2Stage is putting its own resources and commercial judgment behind the project, so acceptance is deliberately selective.

There is no fee to submit. The current enrollment fee is $500 if accepted.

What changes

An investment relationship.

For accepted songs, Scribe2Stage becomes a catalog and commercial-development partner under a separate definitive agreement rather than simply a finite service provider.

What we evaluate

Six dimensions of catalog fit.

Song strength

Memorable concept, emotional clarity, durable lyric, listener impact, and a credible path to a compelling recording.

Rights clarity

Documented authorship, clean ownership, disclosed AI use, and no hidden third-party material.

Production feasibility

A realistic budget and talent path capable of delivering a commercially useful master.

Catalog usefulness

Potential value for release, artist placement, sync, licensing, re-recording, publishing, or long-term ownership/control.

Strategic fit

Compatibility with Scribe2Stage’s artist projects, genres, capabilities, release priorities, and capital-allocation discipline.

Working fit

Clear communication, reasonable expectations, responsiveness, and respect for the development process.

The agreement controls

No one-size-fits-all partnership economics.

Master ownership, recoupment, administration, licensing authority, revenue participation, release authority, and termination are defined in the definitive signed agreement for the project.

Scribe2Stage investment remains discretionary.

Production, consumer promotion, sync preparation, and other commercial-development activity may be funded or managed when strategically appropriate. Acceptance does not create a promise to spend without limit or guarantee commercial results.

Submission is not acceptance. A preliminary expression of interest does not create an obligation to produce, fund, release, represent, license, or administer a song. No Catalog Partnership exists until the parties sign a definitive written agreement.
